Style Lounge Reseller Program Terms & Conditions

By registering for the Style Lounge Reseller Program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility

The program is open to individuals aged 18 years or above.
Students, homemakers, working professionals, freelancers, and other eligible individuals can participate.
Style Lounge reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its discretion.

2. Registration

Resellers must complete the official registration form with accurate and complete information.
Each reseller can maintain only one active reseller account.
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in suspension or termination of the reseller account.

3. How the Program Works

Resellers can promote Style Lounge and encourage their network to make eligible bookings using their unique referral code or link.
Earnings will apply only to eligible, successfully completed bookings that are correctly attributed to the reseller.
Simply sharing the Style Lounge app, generating a lead, or referring an existing customer does not automatically guarantee a payout.

4. Referral & Attribution

A booking must be tracked through the reseller's approved referral code, link, or another tracking mechanism provided by Style Lounge.
The applicable attribution window will be communicated by Style Lounge from time to time.
Style Lounge's tracking and attribution records will be considered final for determining eligible conversions.

5. Earnings & Payouts

Resellers will receive a 5% commission on the amount actually paid by the customer for each eligible, successfully completed, and correctly attributed booking.
The commission will be calculated on the final amount paid by the customer after applicable discounts, offers, refunds, cancellations, or adjustments.
Unless otherwise communicated by Style Lounge, taxes, platform fees, convenience fees, tips, refunds, and other non-service charges may be excluded from the commission calculation.

Examples:

If the customer pays ₹1,000, the reseller's commission will be 5% of ₹1,000 = ₹50.
If the customer pays ₹2,500, the reseller's commission will be 5% of ₹2,500 = ₹125.
If the original service amount is ₹1,000 but the customer uses a ₹200 discount and pays ₹800, the reseller's commission will be 5% of ₹800 = ₹40.
If a customer pays ₹1,000 but later receives a ₹300 refund, the eligible paid amount will be ₹700 and the commission will be 5% of ₹700 = ₹35, subject to the booking remaining eligible.

Payouts will be made only for verified and eligible bookings.
Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, duplicate, self-referred, or otherwise ineligible bookings will not qualify for commission.
If a commission has already been credited for an ineligible booking, Style Lounge may reverse or adjust the commission.
Style Lounge may change the commission structure with prior communication to resellers.
Applicable taxes, deductions, or statutory requirements may apply to payouts.

6. Prohibited Activities

Resellers must not:

Make fake or fraudulent bookings to generate commissions.
Refer themselves or create multiple accounts to earn commissions.
Use misleading, false, or unauthorized claims about Style Lounge, its discounts, prices, or services.
Use spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or any unlawful promotional method.
Run paid advertisements using the Style Lounge brand name, logo, or trademarks without prior written approval.
Impersonate Style Lounge or represent themselves as an employee or official representative of Style Lounge.
Offer unauthorized discounts, cashback, or benefits in the name of Style Lounge.

7. Brand & Content Usage

Resellers may use only promotional creatives, logos, offers, and communication materials approved or provided by Style Lounge.
Style Lounge's name, logo, trademarks, images, and other brand assets remain the property of Style Lounge.
Any unauthorized modification, misuse, or alteration of brand assets may result in immediate suspension or termination of the reseller account.

8. Customer Data & Privacy

Resellers must respect customer privacy and must not misuse, sell, share, or commercially exploit customer information.
Customer information must not be collected or stored unless permitted by applicable law and Style Lounge's instructions.
Resellers must comply with all applicable privacy and data-protection laws.

9. No Guaranteed Income

The Style Lounge Reseller Program does not guarantee a fixed income, minimum number of bookings, or minimum earnings.
Earnings depend on the number and value of eligible bookings generated by the reseller.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

Style Lounge may suspend or terminate a reseller account in case of fraud, misuse, policy violations, misleading promotion, or any activity that may negatively impact customers or the Style Lounge brand.
Pending commissions may be withheld while suspected fraudulent, disputed, or otherwise questionable transactions are investigated.
In case of confirmed fraud or violation of these Terms & Conditions, related commissions may be cancelled or reversed.

11. Program Changes

Style Lounge reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Reseller Program, commission structure, eligibility criteria, attribution rules, or other program terms.
Any material changes will be communicated through the appropriate channel.

12. Acceptance

By submitting the registration form, the applicant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions of the Style Lounge Reseller Program.

Style Lounge reserves the right to interpret and enforce these Terms & Conditions to protect its customers, resellers, and brand.
